An event concept where recruitment becomes an experiential and interactive journey.

Introduction
At Work Hunt every recruitment booth is more than just a stand – it is a brand activation hub where students can try VR logistics games and answer company-specific quizzes. The experience is immersive and interactive. Students receive information and can discuss job opportunities directly with employers.

Challenge
Traditional recruitment events do not always capture students’ interest. Companies needed a fresh concept that delivers visibility, leads and a genuine connection with future talent.

Solution
We created the Work Hunt event where students move between booths in groups during a 2–3 hour session. Each had a personal passbook for collecting stamps from recruiters. At the end of the round they received a goodie bag with coffee, energy drinks and chocolate provided by partners.

The atmosphere was lifted by chess tournaments and freestyle football, adding a relaxed and playful vibe. Companies got to see potential candidates in action, which offered a refreshing alternative to traditional interviews.

Results and Benefits
Work Hunt brought companies and students together in a new way. Companies gained leads, strengthened brand visibility and built valuable relationships with talent. Students received important contacts and a memorable experience.
